Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Initiating a Return

To request a return, please contact:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Initiating a return for the original item.

  2. Placing a new order for the desired piece once the return is approved.

This ensures the fastest processing and availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at team@houseofthryve.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
